RouteForge is built local-first: the platform is designed so your inspection data stays on your own machines. This page covers the little we do collect, and what we do with it.

This website

• The marketing site (route-forge.ai / madeforinspections.com) sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection logs — IP address, request time, pages served — to deliver the site and defend it against abuse.

The demo request form

• What you submit (name, company, email, phone, and your message) is emailed directly to us so we can respond. It is not stored in a database, sold, shared, or added to any marketing list.
• Want it gone? Email us and we'll delete the thread — that's the whole deletion flow, because the email is the only copy.

The RouteForge platform

• Flight photos, inspection archives, reports, and trained detection models live on customer machines and storage — not on our servers.
• Platform accounts (name, email, sign-in credentials) are stored locally on the devices where they're created. Access to the hosted app is additionally protected by network-level authentication and optional two-factor authentication.
• Transactional email (password resets, daily reports, demo replies) is delivered through Resend on our behalf.
• The built-in help assistant sends only the question you type to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer — never your photos, reports, or account data.
• When the optional terrain-aware altitude feature is enabled in the mission planner, asset coordinates are sent to the Open-Elevation public API to look up ground elevations. Turn the feature off and no coordinates leave the browser.
